Directions

Mix 4.1g (approx 1.5 teaspoons) in a saheker with 100ml of water. Shake well and observe the suspended amin acids and enjoy! Drink 1 serve per day either prior to or immediately following exercise or as directed. Product can also be placed directly on the tongue and washed down.
