Directions

Place 15 grams of powder (1 serving approx 3 heaped teaspoons) in 150-200mls of water (more or less water to taste), stir well and drink immediately. For best results, take Muscle Driver on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before weight training or other high-intensity exercise. Body Ripped recommends consuming a high-dilution carbohydrate or recovery drink (i.e. Body Ripped Carbo Blast GR-X) during training, and a carb/recovery drink (i.e. Body Ripped Glutamine Muscleplex) after training.
