Directions

Mix 5.4g (approx 1.5 teapsoons) in a shaker with 100ml water. Shake well and observe the suspended amino acids and enjoy! Drink 1 serve per day approximately 15 minutes prior to exercise. Product can also be placed directly on the tongue and washed down.
