Directions

Use Pro-Lean immediately after all intensive training. It can also be used between meals or before bed as a high protein supplement. Use according to body weight as follows;

Under 70kg - 2 scoops per serve
Between 70-100kg - 3 scoops per serve
Over 100kg - 4 scoops per serve
